The wedding is over and an anniversary or two may be behind you. You’ve got this amazing dress hanging in your closet, and if you’re anything like me, you’re just itching to wear it again! Here’s an idea … don’t trash it … put it on and Glam it! That’s exactly what we did with Meghan. At the end of her contemporary glamour portrait session, we took her wedding dress out of the bag where it had been stored since her wedding and had a blast with it! Meghan had her grandmother’s bridal veil with her, which she wanted to incorporate into her own wedding somehow. The veil was pretty old and couldn’t be worn on her own wedding day, but she did carry a piece of it in her bouquet. We wrapped the veil around her shoulders, embracing her in a stole of her grandmother’s love! We also pulled out grandmother’s crown, which was still in great shape.
The goal is to try and rock the dress in ways different than you did on your wedding day and the sky is the limit! Find more details on our contemporary glamour brand at www.blushbymhs.com.
