“Every time I look at him, I just see love!”, Kelly told me over and over again as the night wore on. I just smiled quietly to myself … she didn’t have to tell me that, it was written all over the many, many expressions on her face. She could barely contain it. We had waited a very long time to photograph this wedding … one year to the date it was originally supposed to happen, and it was finally happening on one of the most glorious spring days to date.
When we arrived, the bride’s get ready room was already buzzing with excitement and energy and the love that Kelly’s large family had for her oozed from every crevice of the room. Meanwhile, in the groom’s room, Steve was catching all of the sweetness of the guys getting ready with the couple’s little one looking on in wide-eyed wonder. When Kelly and Jimmy finally met for their first look, the emotions flowed and it was just magical!
When the wedding ceremony finally began, the setting sun created the most glorious backdrop for this beautiful love story. The couple exchanged their personal vows, wiped tears of joy, and took a bow of celebration!! Everyone then gathered in the barn for a fun, festive evening filled with delicious food and dancing. When the festivities ended, the bride and groom left their guests via a sparkler send-off, made only more enchanting by the glow of the full moon! Congratulations again, Kelly and Jimmy! We hope you continue to only see love when you look at each other for many years to come!!
