Renee and Laura’s New Orleans wedding in the beautiful garden at Historic Hermann Grima was an incredible, joy filled celebration of love. While I’ve been known to go a little crazy over wedding gowns … weddings that feature TWO brides in gowns kind of make me lose my mind a little! Renee and Laura were each stunning in their chosen gown, and that seemed to be a sentiment shared with the other, as well, as they eyed one another for the first time in a touching first look in the courtyard at Hermann Grima.
Once the first look was accomplished, we whisked off into the French Quarter with the entire wedding party. As usual in New Orleans, new friends were made out on the street, and much fun was had! We could have stayed out for hours, but ceremony time called us back to Hermann Grima. Surrounded by loved ones amidst lush greenery and historic architecture, Renee and Laura exchanged heartfelt vows of love and commitment. There were not many dry eyes to be found!
After the ceremony, the entire party second lined through the streets of the New Orleans French Quarter, bringing the celebration to the charming courtyard at Broussard’s. Cocktails flowed as freely as did the tears as toasts were made, and much love shared. And then there was the dancing … oh so much fun and dancing! It was a truly magical evening that captured the essence of New Orleans and the couple’s love story. Renee and Laura’s wedding was a testament to the power of love and the beauty of sharing that love with the people who matter most.
