FINALLY, we had some beautiful weather to get out and capture Allyson and Mahlie! This session had been booked for weeks and we caught a lucky break in the weather on an amazingly gorgeous day in February. We’ve known Allyson for quite some time, but it was our first time meeting her daughter, Mahlie, and we had a blast with that little bundle of energy! We can’t stop chuckling at Mahlie being convinced that Steve was the zookeeper, and we learned today that she now calls him “Uncle Steve”. How adorable is that? A new niece …. lucky us!
Like a lot of women, it took a little bit of convincing to get Allyson in front of the camera with her daughter. But she couldn’t be happier with the result. And now they have beautiful portraits to always remember this time in their lives together. Children grow so fast …. hold onto the moments that matter!
