On the night before their beautiful New Orleans destination wedding at Hotel Mazarin, Shannon and Mike asked us to come along and capture their rehearsal dinner at Remoulade, as well.  We were delighted to do so, and loved having the opportunity to get to know their family and friends a little better before their big day. The staff at Remoulade could not have been more friendly and the food was, well … see for yourself!  We dare you to take a peek and not come away hungry! The party really got going once The Gumbo Trio entered and began to entertain.  And with most things New Orleans, there’s always something going on … like a parade passing down the street with the 6-10 Stompers for a little added entertainment!  I believe we call that “Lagniappe” around here, dawlin’!
