When you’re new to New Orleans, getting invited to a crawfish boil is a great way to meet people. Sometimes you meet great friends, and we have it on good authority that you can even meet your husband that way! When the crawfish boiler is as charming as Brian (affectionately known as Porkchop), it’s easy to see how that might happen. And such began the story of Amanda and Brian. We’re picking up the “strong” vibes from this one. Their love for one another is crazy apparent and has already weathered a pandemic and a hurricane!
The wedding took place last month in a fun, festive ceremony at Palmetto’s on the Bayou surrounded by lots of love and laughter. They have a huge group of family and friends that truly think the world of them. As a matter of fact, they are so loved by so many, a second party after the wedding was necessary to be able to celebrate with everyone! Congratulations again to Mr. and Mrs. Porkchop! We, and a whole lot of others are wishing you two many, many years of happiness!
