Families come in all shapes and sizes, and not all families look the same. Sometimes the family story starts out “when a mommy and daddy love each other,” but quite often family happens when someone makes a choice to open their heart and their home to care for and nurture another life. And quite very often, that other life has fur and four legs! Meet Eloise and Oxford, the gorgeous Chesapeake Bay Retriever furbabies of proud dad, Brian. We spent the afternoon getting to know them in beautiful Audubon Park in New Orleans, and captured the wonderful, doting relationship of this rather photogenic family. The love is super big here, and we’re not sure in which direction the love flows the greatest with this trio! We often joke that Marianne “speaks dog,” as she has a few tricks up her sleeve for getting your pup’s attention. But Eloise and Oxford were so well behaved they kind of made her look like a regular Dr. Dolittle!
